Rule of the Matka

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may
sacrifice a land. If you do, draw a card and then
you may put a land card from your hand onto
the battlefield. If that land enters the battlefield
tapped, untap it.
{1}{b/g}: Each opponent loses 1 life and you gain
that much life. Activate only during your turn
and only once per turn.
