Rule of Three

At the Beginning of your upkeep, if you have
exactly three cards in your hand, you may deal
3 damage to any target, then you gain 3 life.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you
control exactly three creatures, you may discard
three cards. If you do, draw three cards.
