Whenever an opponent asks for help understanding something, the oracle text of a card, how an interaction works, or makes an illegal play, investigate. (You have to know how the interaction works/explain why their play is illegal. If you have to search it up, both players investigate. This obviously doesn’t apply to oracle text.) {/fontsize-15}
