Rules of Places Part I

(Places are permanents. As long as you control a
land-place you can`t be attacked.
They can be attacked and targeted like planeswalkers.
The attacked place deals combat damage equal to its
power distributed to creatures attacking it or it`s
attached places. This is not a target ability.
Damage dealed to places in form of -1/-1 counters.
Defeated land-places change control to that player defeating it. )
