Rules - Shield

Shield X
When this creature enters the battlefield,
place X shield counters on it. Whenever this creature is dealt damage, prevent 1 damage
for each shield counter on this creature and remove that many shield counters from it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if this creature has less than X shield counters on
it, place a shield counter on it.
