Rumial, apple keeper

At the beginning of each of your endstep you
become the monarch.
At the beginning of your endstep if you gain or
lose life less or equal to X, each opponent lose
that much life, X being equal or less to the
number of cards in your hand.
Whenever a player draws a
card, Rumial, apple keeper deals 1 damage to that player.
