Run The Net

Two target players setup a game of Netrunner.
At the beginning of each end step, those players
complete one turn each of the game of
Netrunner.
When the game of Netrunner concludes, the
winning player gets an emblem with "Tap an
untapped land you control: This emblem deals 2
meat damage to any target."
