At the beginning of each opponent's end step,
they choose a number of creatures they control
equal to the number of Aether Runes you
control. You gain control of those creatures.
{w}{u}{b}: Destroy all Aether Runes
On your end step, if you control 20 or more
Aether Runes, you win the game.
