When Runewriter enters the battlefield, search your library for an Enchantment card, then put it onto the battlefield tapped as a Rune with "Flip this card over X upkeeps after it is placed, where X is its converted mana cost." and shuffle your library.
Enchantments you control cost {1} less to cast and have Hexproof as long as you control Runewriter.
