Whenever Runic Guardian blocks or becomes
blocked by a creature, that creature gets -X/-0
until end of turn, where X is Runic Guardian's toughness.
Whenever a creature with power X or less
enters the battlefield under an opponent's
control, you may tap Runic Guardian to exile
that creature until Runic Guardian leaves the battlefield.
