Runnin' Around

Choose two target creatures controlled by
different players. Those players each create a red
aura enchantment token named Confusion
attached to the creature the other player controls
with Vanishing 2, "You control enchanted
creature", "Enchanted creature has haste", and
"When this token leaves the battlefield, phase out enchanted creature". Then phase out those
creatures.
