When Rurarg enters the battlefield reveal the top card of your library if it's a creature put it into the batttle field it gains haste until end of turn.
When Rurarg attacks you may pay {1}{r}{g}, if you do reveal the top card of your library if its a creture put it into the battle field tapped and attacking.
