Ruse the Life Caster

While Ruse is in the command zone or on the
battlefield, whenever a player casts an instant
or sorcery spell you gain 1 life.
Whenever you cast a sorcery or instant spell,
you may instead replace all mana symbols with
their Phyrexian equivalent. This cannot be used
on spells which cause you to gain life in their
text. If you choose to not do this they gain
lifelink and cost {p/c}{p/c} more to be countered.
