Rust in Peace

All artifacts and other enchantments have Rusting 3 (At the beginning of each player's upkeep, put a Rust counter on permanents they control with Rusting. If there are three or more Rust counters on a permanent, its owner sacrifices it. If its owner activates or triggers an ability that permanent has, they remove a rust counter from that permanent.)
