At the beginning of your upkeep, you get X forgotten counters, where X is your total devotion to blue, black, red, and green.
Remove fifty forgotten counters: Take an extra turn after this one, target opponent sacrifices seven permanents, deal 10 damage to target creature, and destroy all artifacts.
