Rylinvir Informant

When Rylinvir Informant enters the battlefield,
pick 3 cards at from target opponent's hand at
random and reveal them. If at least one of them
is a creature, Shake Down that opponent, then
Shake Down that opponent again if one of the creatures revealed this way has a converted mana
cost of {4} or more. (That opponent may discard a
card or sacrifice a nonland permanent. If they don't,
they lose 1 life, you gain 1 life, and you draw a card.)
