Ryuk's Death Note

At the beginning of your upkeep, place a
Boredom counter on Ryuk's Death Note.
At the beginning of your end step, you may
destroy target creature. If you don't, remove
a Boredom counter from Ryuk's Death Note.
Then, if there are 3 or less Boredom counters
on Ryuk's Death Note, you lose three life.
