Sabaody Archipelago

Whenever a player's Pirate KO's another Pirate
in a fight, starting with that player, both players
take turns betting any number of resources (up to
the amount they currently have). Each bet must be
at least 1 higher than the previous bet. When a
player refuses to raise the bet, the other player
pays the highest number of resources they bet. If
they do, they put the KO'd Pirate in play under
their control.
