Sabbatical Retreat

At the beginning of your upkeep, you may exile
target creature with counters on it. Then it gains
suspend X, where X equals number of counters
on it when it was exiled.
Whenever a suspended card were to remove a
time counter, remove two instead and gain 1 life.
