Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under your control, make a copy
of that creature, the copy gains haste until
end of turn, then sacrifice it at the
beginning of the end step. Whenever you
cast an instant or sorcery spell, you may pay {3}{r}, if you do, copy that spell, you may choose new targets for the copy.
