Sacred Grail

When Sacred Grail enters the battlefield and at
the beginning of your upkeep, draw a card and
you gain 3 life.
{3}, {t}: Each player chooses a card in their hand.
Then each player reveals their chosen card. The
owner of the permanent card revealed this way
with the lowest converted mana cost puts that
card onto the battlefield tapped and gains control
of Sacred Grail. Any player may activate this
ability but only any time they could cast a sorcery.
