Sacrificial Hook

{t} Tap target creature that has taken combat
damage this turn.
At the end of every turn, that creature gains
a -0/-1 counter while it remains tapped this way.
Its controller pays life equal to half its
casting cost to untap it.
Sacrificial Hook does not untap until that
creature is untapped or leaves the battlefield.
