Sacrificial Pardoning

At the beginning of your upkeep, sacrifice Sacrificial Pardoning unless you sacrifice
a creature. If you sacrifice a creature this way,
put a pardon counter on Sacrificial Pardoning.
Creature spells you cast cost {b} less to cast for
each pardon counter on Sacrificial Pardoning.
Whenever you cast a creature spell, you lose life
equal to the difference between its converted
mana cost and the mana you spent to cast it.
