{b}, {t}, Sacrifice a non-black creature: Put a ritual
counter on Sacrificial Portal.
Whenever a ritual counter is put onto Sacrificial
Portal, you may sacrifice it. If you do, draw a
card and add {b} to your mana pool for each
ritual counter it had on it.
