Saeric's Emissary

When Saeric's Emissary enters the battlefield, choose an opponent.
At the beginning of that player's upkeep,
they draw a card and lose 2 life. Whenever
that player draws a card, you draw a card and lose 1 life.
If the chosen player would lose the game, instead exile Saeric's Emissary, then
that player's life total becomes 10.
