Safe Space

Players cannot cast spells that contain "all" or "target" in their text, or which are printed at any rarity other than common. You can cast spells with the word "protection" in their text without paying their costs. If Safe Space is in your graveyard or is in exile, you cannot cast creature spells.
Detain a creature you control: Target spell or permanent loses its text. Any player may activate this ability.
