Scientist's dilemma — Whenever Sahil enters the battlefield or deals damage to a player, starting with you, each player votes for positive or negative data. For the first positive data vote, Sahil gains haste. For each subsequent positive data vote, a creature on your board gains haste. For each negative data vote, create a Treasure token.
