When Saiko enters the battlefield you may search
your library to up to one creature and artfact
cards, reveal them, put them in your hand, then
shuffle your library.
Sacrifice Saiko: Return a target creature card from
a graveyard to the battlefield under your control.
That creature is a blue Otaku in addition to its
other colors and types.
