When Saint Nicholas enters the battlefield and at
the beginning of your upkeep, put a present
counter on a permanent you control. Permanents
with present counters have indestructible.
When Saint Nicholas attacks, you many remove
any number of present counters. Saint Nicholas
gets +2/+2 and trample for each one removed.
