Sakaya, Song of the Shadows

Whenever a creature you control deals combat
damage to a player, that player gets a jinx
counter.
{2}{b}, {t}: Sakaya and another target creature you control phase out.
{2}{r}: Sakaya deals 1 damage to each opponent
for each jinx counter they have, then remove all
jinx counters from all players.
