Salt Dubae

If you have already won a game against one of the opponents this day, you may cast Salt Dubae
without paying its mana cost.
When Salt Dubae enters the battlefield, destroy
each other creature. They can't be regenerated.
When Salt Dubae is put into a graveyard from
play, destroy all lands. Then, return Salt Dubae
to its owner's hand.
