When Sam Chisholm, Bounty Hunter enters the battlefield and at the beginning of your upkeep,
if your opponents control no creatures with
bounty counters on them, put a bounty counter
on target creature an opponent controls, it's
goaded for as long as it has a bounty counter on
it.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls with
a bounty counter on it dies, you create a Clue
token and a Treasure token.
