player votes for devotion or tyranny. Place a
devotion counter on Sam of the Lone Mana
Throne for each devotion vote. Each opponent discards a card for each tyranny vote. Repeat this
at the end of each of your turns.
Devotion counters on Sam of the Lone Mana
Throne count toward your devotion to black. If
your devotion to black is fifty or more, you win
the game.
