As long as the cardholder controls
Samir's Crown, he or she gains the ability
to wear a hat or other head gear during
class for the duration of the school year.
Failure to present Samir's Crown when
asked shall result in a penalty of
-5000 GP, -3000 XP, and -15 HP.
This card has permanent status and cannot
be destroyed.
