Enrage- Return target artifact with mana value less then the damage dealt to Samuel
from your graveyard to the battlefield.
{t}: Destroy target artifact. It deals damage equal to it's mana value to Samuel and
the artifact's controller
Whenever a nontoken artifact is put into the graveyard from play, put a +1/+1
counter on Samuel.
