At any time, you may trick-or-treat a player you haven't trick-or-treated before.
Trick: The tricked player must trick-or-treat three other players of your choice and give you
any candy they got as a result of doing this. They must do this even if they would not ordinarily be allowed to trick-or-treat these players.
"You fool, Jonathan. Attempting to stop me. Well, now you must do exactly as I say...whether you want to or not.
