At the beginning of each upkeep, put a charge counter on Samus, Famed Bounty Hunter.
Remove X charge counters, {t}: Deal X damage to target creature. If 4 or more charge counters were spent to use this ability, transform Samus, Famed Bounty Hunter and it deals 1 damage to you.
