When Sanctioned Psyker is Exiled by Brain Burst
Put a 8/8 black Warp Demon token onto the battlefield with shadow, deathtouch, and menace.
Warp Demon must attack each turn if able.
When Warp Demon attacks, all players sacrifice
a creature with the highest converted mana cost.
