Sanctuary Expansion

Will of the Council - Starting with you, each player votes for nature or nurture. If nature gets more votes, each player searches through their library for a creature card, reveals it and adds it to their hand. If nurture gets more votes or the vote is tied, each player searches for a land card instead.
