Sand veil

Play target creature spell in your hand without paying for it's mana cost and attach Sand veil to it. It then comes into play face
down as a 1/3 creature with defender.
Disperse - You may sacrifice two {r/w}, if you do, flip attached creature and
remove Sand veil from the game.
