San'jarii Echo Blade

This sword converts the power of your music into
a resonant energy blade, and functions as a +1
rapier. Casting a spell with Verbal components
charges the blade with echos of sonic energy. On
a melee hit; Target makes a Con Save or takes 1d4
Thunder damage per spell level, or half on a save.
Alternatively, you can release the echo as a wave
of sonic energy, pushing your target back 1d4+1
feet per spell level on a failed save; or yourself
back if you choose. Unused echos dissipate after
