At the beginning of each combat step, if it's your
opponent's turn, Sanka gains Death Touch until
end of turn.
Whenever Sanka, God of War deals combat
damage to a player, you may cast a red or
white spell with converted mana cost less than
or equal to the damage dealt from your hand
without paying its mana cost.
