Santa Claus

Whenever a player plainswalks, for each player, choose naughty or nice. If you chose naughty, that player puts an artifact onto the battlefield named coal that has: "sacrifice this artifact: add one mana of any color to your mana pool." If you chose nice, that player draws a card.
