Eminence — Whenever an opponent commits a crime, they get a naughty counter.

At the beginning of your end step, each player creates a coal token for each naughty counter they have. If they have no naughty counters, instead they create two present tokens.

{t}: Target opponent may allow another opponent to gain control of target nonland, nontoken permanent they control, if they do, they lose all naughty counters and create two present tokens.
