& if it's 3 or more, it is {2} less Commander Tax.
You may only remove one Sapphire counter each
tun as a Sorcery. To either untap target creature
or give it either Hexproof or Indestructible until
the start of your next turn. You may instead use
the counter to gain Absorb 2 unil your next turn.
