Sapphire Dragon

At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player exile a nonartifact creature they control.
You create a 3/3 blue Statue artifact creature
token with "This creature attacks each turn if
able." Put a +1/+1 counter on Sapphire Dragon.
When Sapphire Dragon leaves the battlefield, sacrifice all statues you control and return all
cards exiled with it to the battlefield under their
owner's control.
