If an opponent controls a permanent with three
or more counters on it, you may pay {g} rather
than pay Sapping Force's mana cost.
Remove all counters from target permanent an
opponent controls. Put that many +1/+1
counters on target creature you control.
Corelli figured that she may as well use some of the
corpses lying around as fertilizer. It would be a shame
to let the Party Lord's garden die.
