• Saruman gets double strike, menace and +4/+4.
• Isengard becomes enemy of Angmar and Mordor
and can attack each other.
• If you destroy Bree or any fortress from Gondor, Dwarves, Angmar or Mordor, you gain control of it with 1 loyalty counter.
• Each end step you can put a loyalty counter on
one of the Fortresses you control.
