Saskia's Wrath

When Saskia's Wrath enters the battlefield, put
X Wrath counters on each opponent.
Whenever a creature deals combat damage to
you, put a Wrath counter on that creature's controller.
Whenever a creature you control would deal combat damage to a player, it instead deals that much damage plus the number of Wrath counters on that player.
