+1: Create a 1/1 green human creature token with "Sacrifice this creature, pay 2 life: Target non-human creature gets -1/-2 until end of turn".
-8: Destroy each non-human creature. Put a +1/+1 counter on each human. They have trample as long as they have a +1/+1 counter on them.
